Revised instruction regarding filling of application form for Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card and OCI Miscellaneous Service on the online system.

From 23rd November, 2015 onwards all applicants shall submit the application form online and upload all the requisite documents (self-attested), photograph and signature (in the case of minors who cannot sign, thumb impression) along with the application. After the applicant submits the complete application online including supporting documents, photograph and signature, the applicant should submit the application along with the originals of the supporting documents to the BLS center.

Once the application is acknowledged by the Consulate, an auto email will be sent to the applicant informing "Application received and is under process".
