NEW REQUIREMENT Persons of Indian Origin to obtain Surrender Certificate on Renunciation of Indian Citizenship
IMPORTANT: FEES ACCEPTED ONLY BY BANK DRAFT/POSTAL MONEY ORDER in favour of ‘CONSULATE GENERAL OF INDIA’ – NO CASH/DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE CONSULATE.
An additional fee of C$ 2.00 per application will be charged with effect from September 10, 2012, on each service on account of Consular Surcharge. This will be in addition to the already prescribed fees and service charges.
